Insight and ideas can be gained in surprising places.
A newly added Texas A&M College of Agriculture board member with a healthcare background happens to take a seat on a bus next to one of the world’s foremost experts on poultry who happens to be on faculty at Texas A&M in the College of Agriculture. The board member spends the bus ride peppering the poultry expert with questions. The poultry expert kindly engages and responds. The Board member leaves the encounter thinking of the parallels between agriculture data in 2022 versus healthcare data in 2000 where he happens to have broad experience. The board member has an idea, sends an unsolicited proposal to the College of Agriculture.
Agriculture Concepts is a result of that bus ride.
